Putting keywords in page tags, does it help to get additional traffic?

Yeah ofcource they are very favorable. Suppose, you have a page that says 'Diners for Breakfast'. And you put tags 'restaurants' & 'eating places' for breakfast too then not only you are getting the traffic from the users who are searching for Diners keyword but also you are getting traffic from the users who are searching for restaurants & eating places. Just make sure that you put those keyword only in tags which are relevant to your content otherwise it can backfire.

Yeah, putting keywords is a good thing. But just just relevant keywords only and don't do keyword stuffing.
