No, I don't think that google is going to allow that. You have to build a landing page and redirect the traffic through it.

You can drive traffic from AdWords to both the iTunes/Apple App Store and to the Google Play Store. Heck, you can even drive traffic to the Amazon App Store if you want. You can also drive traffic to your own website where a landing page can send users to the appropriate storefront.
