No, I don't think so it is possible. Keywords in the blog posts can make you high ranked but keywords in the comment section is not.

Putting keywords in the comment section only brings a little bit of traffic. I don't think that by this SERP's can change.

I think that's true because if it is not then self generated comments will also get ranked.
