Mobile Ads converts well

I am terribly confused right now. A site on of ours was converting pretty well from mobile traffic. After its success I launched another site. But it has got no such luck with the mobile traffic. Why is this happening?

Well it totally depend on site to site and niche to niche. I have seen some sites who converts well for above 90% of their traffic where others may not exceed 20%.
