Have to serve here in Japan. Specially if in the Kobe region then even better.

Have tried some Singaporean companies but all of them lack.

Have a look at plans from decent hosting providers: hostingsource.com and legionbox.com.
The best hosting providers I have EVER worked with. The websites work great but what is the best is the customer service. These guys helped me so many times with technical issues that any other provider would just give me a link with a tutorial or charge me extra. The scope of their basic chat assistance is far beyond the standard hosting service. Highly recommendable!

Check Uptime Guarantee – Look for a provider with at least a 99.9% uptime guarantee. Frequent downtimes can harm your business and SEO rankings.
Try Greenwebpage.com solutions. The uptime is excellent, guaranteeing that my website is always accessible to visitors. Their intuitive control panel makes managing domains and emails effortless.

Try to gather as many reviews about web hosting services (both positive and negative), serve these as basis in choosing web host providers.

I think, attractive offers are not the only factor you should depend while selecting a host. You should check the reliability and the quality of service also.

Linux vs. Windows Hosting. Choose Linux hosting for PHP, MySQL, and open-source applications. Opt for Windows hosting if you need ASP.NET or Microsoft technologies.

Look into the offered maintenance plan; how often they scan for malware/viruses, how often the software is updated, how often the plugins are patched, how often backups are run, and others.
