I know that there are about 4 billion mobile users and climbing.

But how much percent actually buys from mobile traffic?

I don't know about total mobile users. But I can say that 10% of people using smartphones buy through mobile.

Well it totally depends on the niche. For some cases I have seen to upto 20% conversion rate.
