There will be no updates in Page Rank anymore. John Mueller confirmed it.

Its totally good. I have seen many sites which have previously more value but now they have lost their importance still they are having a high PR as Google does not updates it frequently. It frustrates me.
I know that PR was only about quality links but still if the site is not getting 50 visitors per day then what is the meaning of it.

It about time that Google has made this decision. Last year there was only two updates among which the last update was not really an update which actually helped the hardworking webmasters. Good thing obviously.

I never cared for PR, frankly speaking after seeing that many sites which have pr 1 or 2 or absolutely no pr getting well ranked in google this year. Yeah it is a good thing that webmasters will not have a distraction which is caused by PR.

I agree with you.
It is a good thing that webmasters from now on will only concentrate on good SEO without any distraction.

All things to survive in online sector is the PR, if you are page rank is high then you role over the online business
