I have been seeing this personally for a quite some time. When it comes to getting information in mobile Bing's searches are more effective than Google. Google in general just bombards the SERP's with its ads and also with no value content. Have you guys seen this?

Well primarily it depends on what you are searching for. Saying better is a relative term here. Google's database is much larger than Bing's and also Bing indexes only those pages which whatever it seems worthy.

In terms of content quality its true that Bing is better.
