What do you guys think that what should be the characters of a great leader?

Well I think.
Realistic, honest, committed, creative, can get the job done from the laziest employee so work motivated & can motivate others, attitude that compliments every possible situation, good ability to communicate with others and own team players. Well these are some characters that I can think of right now.

A leader should be a person who can set an example for others. For which people will naturally follow him/her without any doubt.
