They are a world class proxy yet they don't provide instant setup. And also their learning curve is very stiff compared to others for beginners.

DSL Rentals is one of the oldest proxy servers but they only provide good performance for US based users. People from other places might face performance issues from them, I am from Europe (usually). I have used them they are reliable no doubt but they also lacks speed here which isn't case in US.
