They are not an independent hosting provider they just takes services from others such as Hetzner, Vultr etc and serve their customers base as managed services.
They are good no questions regarding that. But their services also just gives away basic services along with basic support. They are a managed service so might not bother many but a little bit more customizations, controls should be given to the users. People who doesn't know much about these things wouldn't have any problem with them. On top of that they might appreciate this lack of options, since given they can obviously mess things up but for many that's not the case.
They are extremely affordable, I mean their Hettzner based basic Cloud only costs $20 but then again their plan are not just that versatile and also are limited. So, many would face serious scalability issues.
Their minimalist approach quick setup and also policies which are transparent as glass might attract a lot. Still their addon charges are huge. Yes, one might not need these services but what if?! Overall they are a solid 7 out of 10, as per performance.
