Don't go for their VPS plans they just sucks. Apparently I was using one of their high end VPS so just migrated to a Dedicated one then it became great. Performance, service, support you name it they aced it in all. I will give them a clear 7/10.

Performance is quite. However their support is not so great that I can tell you. I was asking to check our RAM to see whether it is functioning well or not. They took almost a day to look. Surprisingly during that time we had no issue with our site or faced any downtime. But that was lucky for us. Everybody else won't be that lucky. Anyway, reasonable pricing so for the time being I am happy.

Hardware can be a issue for many. But luckily we haven't faced anything like it while I used it. They are pretty great actually as a hosting. I have managed 4 accounts and never had any issue. I saw someone online was complaining about their shared hosting plans but in my case I managed 3 of them didn't see anything out of the ordinary.

They messed up our delivery. But they quite quickly recovered it from within hours. I wasn't happy at first but then I was just surprised how they recovered and delivered the correct order just in time as they promised earlier. I think their payout system needed an upgrade apart from it no issues. I will gladly give them a 8 out 10. Although I am skeptical about their shared and VPS plans.
