Can I use Bing keyword tool as sole keyword research tool? Will it be a wise choice??

No, I don't think that it will be a wise choice. Use SEMrush keyword tool along with Google keyword planner to make sure you are targeting the right keywords.

No matter how good a keyword research tool is still its unwise to rely on only just one tool.
