Lost some money on Adwords

Lost money on a Adwords campaign in sports wear niche. We invested about $2500 and got now conversion. Any tips before starting another campaign?

Make sure you are targeting the right audience. Know your audience first see what they need and then present your product accordingly. The most important factor in adwords campaign are keywords. People often focus on right keywords that they forget another crucial factor. Ad campaigns are not only about you targeting the right keywords but also vetting out negative keywords from the campaign so that they don't mess around the right keywords. Track everything on your ad campaign and get ready to change any metrics or elements as necessary whenever needed.

Yeah, I agree too. You have to filter out negative keywords first. Also focus on your landing page. Get it checked by a professional see if its right or not.
