If you are looking it as a publisher then certainly not good. The basically specialize in first tier countries for specifically to speak North American traffic.

I once applied on one of my sites which gets atleast 5k Asian visitors. After a month later I see that I have made only $12 revenue, so go figure.

Chitika is a good alternative to Google ads and it is helpful for Asian traffic too. So having Chitika on your website will help to gain more revenue.
