I believe they are an Australian company. For me I would say they seemed fine. But their knowledge base lacks depth so could be hard for beginners. And also their data centers are very limited so it is not suitable globally.

I have used them and I am from India. They work fine here. If they work this way which they are working flawlessly now. I will be soon trying their managed services too for our another project. They are reliable and on top of that scalable.
