Dewlance is a very good service for medium or small sites. But it is not at all suitable for large sites. And moreover it is not so much scalable in terms of it's competitors. So, in order to compete with the big boys it needs to work.

Their support was of concern according to me. They are good don't get me the wrong way. But often I have found their support lacking enthusiasm and also somewhat dumb. Some lack technical expertise, some lack speed, some are off during late hours but they are different. Once I asked them I couldn't find my payout page they directly told me you should find harder or something such sort. I mean if you think about it it is kind of hilarious.

Their hardware is of top quality that I can vouch for. Have no issues performance wise or with uptime.

Their focus is primarily on US. If they do provide good data centers in Europe sure many including me will avail their products.
