Apart from their own site being outdated looking I found no flaws in them. Some also argued about slow response time on support but I found out it quite alright.

Awesome service. Got our Dedicated server delivered within 2 hours. After we got our setup up and running, absolutely no issues at all. It's still running flawlessly.
