They don't provide managed services so for simple unmanaged hosting I expected speedy technical support and also some manuals or knowledge base. But apart from these they are very good hosting. Their VPS and other servers are very reasonable. But then again they don't provide shared hosting so you cannot avail the basic plans.

They are good for storage. And they provide a world class support for it, I can confirm. Their other services are just additional things that they do provide but as a hosting company they couldn't care less about them.

Their support is also good but it doesn't get much better in the starter packs you have to avail their advanced and expensive setups in order to get them. However, their data centers were my problem from the start.

They are far better than those with the same hardware. Many their competitors performance doesn't even come close. And I have used a lot like webdock.io, OVH, Lightsail etc.
