Their services is good but their company status isn't that transparent. Their support is also good unless you ask complex questions.

They told me they have servers in Bangladesh. I mean it sounds sketchy if you are a foreign company and you are opening a dc in South Asia, you will probably go for Singapore, Indonesia or India. Unless ofcourse if you enough demand from there. Which again sounds sketchy.

This is the thing about many company's now. They will do anything to obtain a sell. Give discount as much as the client like and then charge all at once during renewal.
