They are not a conventional hosting provider.
Rather than that they are management provider. But since their customer base is huge I believe they deserve their own thread.

Their focus is solely on management clients reliant on third-party hosts can be a bit of bumpy road.

I have used their server management which in my case I had to provide my own hosting. But that was a one time thing they took care of the rest without any issues.

Since they are extremely customizable their setup time can be a bit longer than their competitors. But once you get your server set up quite nicely from then everything runs smoothly as claimed by them in the advertisements
