Some complaints I have heard about them regarding their refund policy. Honestly, I don't think think so that would be a problem for the majority of the crowd. I have seen conversations from 4 people. In all of those cases the customer fails to mention that they want a refund at the earliest. And it seemed while trying to tackle the problem at hand the customer care gets confused, and the refund gets delayed or worse.

If you know how to run a server than this hosting provider can be a great se4rvice for you. Basically it is a good platform for those who are looking for unmanaged services.

Great performance, awesome support and also super value for money. Initial setup was a bit log but you get a robust system as a setup so no biggie.

The best thing about them is that the choosing of data center they don't delay or wait your around for it. You choose their server according to the available data centers. Trust me it is a two thumbs up for many.
