Some complaints I have heard about them regarding their refund policy. Honestly, I don't think think so that would be a problem for the majority of the crowd. I have seen conversations from 4 people. In all of those cases the customer fails to mention that they want a refund at the earliest. And it seemed while trying to tackle the problem at hand the customer care gets confused, and the refund gets delayed or worse.
