They seriously lack addons. I know many who charge extra but here the problem is completely different they are not there. So, it can be a problem for many. Since these days everyone has their own custom setup.

They are not cheap. They might look like but they are not. The main good thing I enjoyed about them that they are quite scalable. And were able to handle if traffic burst happens. Their customer care can also be a bit better in my opinion but not necessarily.
