Why my created link is not updating as a backlinks?

Hi,
I created lots of link for my websites but, they didn't generate as a backlink. What I can do to make them appear as backlinks?

Ensure your links are on indexed, public pages with "dofollow" attributes, and from high-quality sources. Submit URLs in Google Search Console, use internal linking, and promote content for better visibility.
