Everything was fine support, performance, no downtime, no nothing whatsoever. But one technical issue rose in the site and what I needed is a technical expertise on server setup. At first they were taking regular intervals to resolve and then those became longer.

OVHCloud is good untill it is not. They are very good sometimes and sometimes their support falls of the cliff.

Decent hosting provider. Had no problem with them. But steep learning curve though specially for newbies.

Their scalability is out of this world. One of the best hosting provider I have tried in my entire life.

They are good no doubt. But they have so many hidden costs and extra charges that sometimes it makes really hard for small businesses to keep up. Affordability on the other hand is reasonable.
