Bounce rate damaging the Site Metrics

Bounce rates are damaging my site's metrics. Most of them are just fake traffic. How should I get rid of them?

Bounce rate doesn't damage any site's metrics. They just clatter the presentation.

Just block those sites from which they are coming from. You can google for it. Its pretty easy.

Just ignore the traffic by blocking them. It can be done through your analytics tool.
