Is it wise to use a CPA offer for a Mobile App download? We have tried optimizing our app according to app stores but not so much luck.

Well you sure can definitely try. CPA offers can be really effective in your case. And only have to pay when you get a download.

Try promoting it through social media channels first. Do some app optimization for app stores. If these things doesn't work good then go for paid services.

Your suggestion is wise. And playing it safe I like it.
But recently we made an survey about CPA offers and mobile app downloads. It has been seen in major cases that their ROI is the best if executed right.
