Google August 2024 Core Update - Reviews, Reactions & Feedback
#1
A core update has started. It looks like they are trying to bring up mid level sites which have valuable content at the center of the spot light. Many are celebrating but I am not. Should Google bring anything up in the SERP's just because of the size of the size??

They should be focusing on the content and valued insight information. Good info can bee provided my a site of any size.

I am not seeing much of any change. SERP's are the same for us.

Just the traffic has fallen after the announcement by 20%.

RPM rates are also good in general.

Fluctuations or no fluctuations, indexing is happening super fast now. Really impressed.

Ranks has fallen a bit. Which was expected btw in during an update.

But traffic has increased considerably.

All of the good things that everyone saw at first are gone now since the last 24 hours.

However, advertisers are spending a lot which is unusual during an update.

Is that why my website dropped in rankings?
I did nothing and it dropped out of the top 100
