Ethernet Servers Review, are they reliable?

I am currently looking into Ethernet Servers. Their Managed server looks good and also comes with good price tag. Do they do customized servers as well? Then I shall ask for some customized setup. Their basic setup which just exceeds $100 fits fine but our site has a tendency of getting huge traffic blasts. So, between basic and advanced, something if we can get will be the most favorable for us.

And also we read some of the review which were not good. But they are from few years back. So, asking if somebody can give any insight on how their services are now. That would be helpful.

I have been using their VPS for quite some time now. During pandemic's first year I find out about them and bought their VPS. I am never into chat rather than a phone person. One thing I can tell you whenever I call them they patiently listens what I have to tell and then answer, everytime, no exception. So, it is safe to say that even if you ran into problems you will get the help you need. Performance wise no complaints, you pay what you get and they are worth every penny. I am also using their managed services so I can tell they pretty much do everything for you. Once they needed me to do something so they mailed me specifically with instructions that day I felt relief, it was just after I bought it.
