I don't think this a good idea. You don't wanna get penalized by Google.
Yeah, if you take the content redefine & rewrite it by adding some more value to it than its a totally different thing but otherwise its always a bad idea.

Really? This is a very bad idea. Do not do this or your blog either penalized by google or your hosting account will be suspended due to DMCA report. Better hire some good content writers for your blog. If you do not have much budget to hire full time writers than try content marketplace like contentmart, fiverr, iwriter

Bad. Isn't the thought. Not wise you can say. I see many people get content from top ranking blogs accumulate and rewrite it and then publish it.

Rewrite their content, make sure you don't duplicate it
Copy content from top blogs is more dangerous than anything
