Can anybody explain it me what are the elements that makes a Keyword good?

Although there are no basic procedure. Still here are some facts.

- Keywords that. have low or moderate competition in SERP's.
- Keywords that have a higher CPC i.e. $1+ or even more.
- Keyword that have good monthly search volume atleast 1000 or more.
