Which is one is better? If you have to create a review site wanting to do some affiliate marketing then which one do you guys prefer? Review site for products of Clickbank or amazon.

Its not that what's best, its what one prefer.
Many marketers prefer amazon and some other prefers clickbank. But if you ask me amazon is a bit easy because its contains large amount of various types of products.

Depends on your strategies. If you want to target product name keyword, let say, 2 Week Diet, on Google or Bing, then Clickbank is easier for SEO. But if you want to target buy product name, best product for this niche etc, then Amazon is the place to go. However, you might want to invest a little with keyword software for keywords like these.
