I would say the products are average. But the support is pretty bad and nonetheless they have no clue at all.
When I first bought from them I didn't knew but they are actually a Chinese company, which is not a bad thing though. But they should stop portraying themselves as an American one.

It is indeed a Chinese company. And whenever they will get the chance they will try to scam you. There is a reason that their support is equal to sh*t.
