 Others are also free if you look. If someone gives targeted commentary or suggestions offline then also it is possible to draw good traffic.

Anyway, the best way should be forum marketing. Because social media are good for short burst of traffic. For long term things and also brand awareness & reliability you need something more robust.

Try business listing, google and other map listing. Put offline flyers, go to closed groups or paid ones in facebook to talk, discuss & eventually bring audience.

Plenty of methods can be implemented here even if you are not looking for paid ones.
