What are the ways to increase conversions of an affiliate product review site? Currently we are getting only 1% conversions among the all of visitors.

Without actually seeing your site its not easy to tell that how to you increase your sale.
I will say that increase your site's trust among the visitors. And if your site is new then I will say that 1% conversion is not bad for new review sites.
