I am not exactly sure that what you are saying but I can say that revenue from services like adsense are never stable. They depend on various factors such as traffic quality, demographics, age, sex, niche etc. And not to mention the earnings are from advertisers investments which depends on their bids which varies all the time.

You can't guarantee that. But if you have stable traffic then atleast you can anticipate a good range of your revenue.
