Getting traffic and sales are two different things. To get sales your traffic has to be very targeted and also the audience have to trust your brand. Random traffic won't get you any sales.

May be your traffic is anonymous or have you tried testing your landing page? Get it checked by any professional see if its working fine.

You need to generate more organic traffic to turn your visitors into customers. You also need to create a good landing page so that you attract more customers to your webpage to sign up for your services.
