This host is good when you are located in US. I had one of their storage based system a couple of months back. They were fine in US but as soon as I crossed across the pond. Things getting really time consuming.

Their ticket system is also good and reliable with good response time. So, if you are facing the things I have faced once you are outside US. I would suggest to contact them. Otherwise, in average good service.

Either they are a very small company or they very new. I couldn't even find any review. So, I decided to check them myself. Bought one of their SSD VPS's. Things are good. But they do lack in customer service specially in terms of response time.

Europe is fine too. It's okay if you are not located in US. Mainland European talking here. They are very fast.

@jessica21 @Host Actually depends on where you are and how the load is in that country. UK, France, Germany will always have a great load whereas others will not have that much.
