Help me for indexing open-cart website in Google.

Hi All help me for indexing open-cart website in Google..My website is " thejewlcreation.com ". When i did some changes like meta info and any other things and add url in google then Google did not show latest crawling and indexing status..It always show day after before cashing why?

Create A Robots.txt and upload google search console
The robots.txt is a simple file on your website that instructs search engines what to index and what not to index.

robots.txt is updated for all the urls starting after ? but i cannot remove them from webmaster. if i remove them with / at the end of the url than its ok. but my urls are without / and when removed from webmaster this is %E2%80%8E added to the end of the URL changing the destination entirely.
