Intel Xeon CPU of DigitalOcean vs Vultr, within $40 range per month

If you have to compare these services in terms of CPU performance then which one will be a better option, stating that $40 is the maximum spending amount per month.

RAM, disk spaces are also necessary but we are strictly looking for CPU performance.

Why do you even specifically looking for Intel Xeon processors. Some might say they are costly then their AMD counterparts. And also AMD's are just great for multitasking.

We are just looking for a single process to perform well. Don't care if the power is two times that of AMD as well.
