What do guys prioritize, SEM or SEO? When it comes to an eCommerce site?

Both are important. I will suggest that one should do them simultaneously. But for fast conversions you should go for SEM.

I will focus SEO on long term development and SEM (PPC) for a short term campaigns. Both are useful and I can not run without missing any of them.

SEM & SEO Both are important but I prefer SEM the most.
