Currently we are using shared hosting service for our support forum. Can anybody tell when to switch it ti VPS or dedicated server as it is continuously growing?

Its a very common query among the forum admins. Just ask your service that you needed any high paid service or not. Sometime, the hosting service itself informs you that their servers are overloading so you have to switch service.
