In my opinion the Title needs to be done with most delicately. Keywords in the title with proper phrase is very important and also we have keep in mind that we don't overcrowd our titles with keywords.

Title and the short description is the main element. It has to be descriptive enough to explain the app yet very to the point and unique.

Head Title is obviously the main factor you have to be to the point yet neatly catchy. As it creates an incentive to look into your app.
