Recently I introduced Structured Data in my site. But I am getting errors. And nowhere near solving this problem. Currently, I am ranking in the top positions for many keywords in my niche. The errors are worrying me. Will they effect my current rankings?

No they will not effect your current rankings. Structured data is only to help understand your page better. It will only increase your traffic.

Structured data is the most important from Google point of view to crawl better web pages of your site and also helpful to understand truly the content of your site. So if the structure data error does not affect to the GoogleBot for reading the content of your website, then you don't worry about the ranking.
