For a blog which is small gets around 100 uv's per day. Which will be the best path to make money from it?

Go apply for adsense with 100 uv's you will surely make $10-20 per day. Its the simplest way you can also promote affiliate products but my suggestion will be that don't promote them through content reach out it through banners in your site.
