Go apply for adsense with 100 uv's you will surely make $10-20 per day. Its the simplest way you can also promote affiliate products but my suggestion will be that don't promote them through content reach out it through banners in your site.

Go to clickbank. Choose a product that suits you and start promoting it. Whenever you get a sale a commission will be delivered to you.

100 uv's per day. You can also directly sell ads in your site. Its tough to get advertisers but it will make you much more money.
