If my blog gets hundreds of backlinks over night. I am sure that it will be noticed by search engines. Should I will be penalized for it?

Whoa how will you get so much links over night? That's my question first.
And yeah you will be noticed by search engines that doesn't necessarily mean that you will get penalized. Often content go viral resulting in a myriad number of backlinks linking within a short period of time so if your links are relevant than you don't have to worry.

Unless your any content hasn't got viral you will get penalized for sure. No white hat linking system provides hundreds of backlinks overnight.

Hundreds of backlinks are really suspicious and a clear intention to manipulate the rankings.
