What are the ways to monetize a support forum other than ads?

If you have good amount of members who take part in discussions then you can start promoting affiliate products. You can also endorse them in forum selling affiliate products is quite easy.

It is important to establish the forum first along with great traffic and lots of members then promotional activities can be implemented to the target customers.

We get about 20-30 posts per day. And visitors are about 80-100 but unique visitors are about 20 per day.

As I suggested earlier you need a good members base to get sales for affiliate product. But after seeing the stats I will suggest that you go for adsense first. Its easy to get accepted in them in the case of a forum. And if it turn out well then go for other means. There are plenty of ways to monetize a support forum.
