Ofcourse headline is the one thing that matters to open any email. If you are influential marketer than start like 'hey its me'. Do anything to that can catch the eye of your audience.

If you are a trustworthy figure and your head phrase is a catchy one then it surely will get opened. It may also happen that if you are a much reputable figure in your niche then it will get opened no matter what happens.
