I’m ranking 7th for a keyword on Google and I’m looking to move up the rankings. Has anyone tested SERP CTR? I think if I send some clicks, I should be able to rank higher. Has anyone ever used any services?

Clicks does effect the rankings in the past. But they effect very little now. Just only click through rates are not only thing counted, engagement rate of the traffic is also a factor for ranking. Without using a kind of service I will suggest you to publish your content in the social media channels they will get you some traffic and exposure which does not effect the rankings directly but if it is liked by quite a lot of people then you will surely rank higher.

May be your clicks get effect in your websites rank. But it will not effect your business because you are not getting genuine visitors.
